950 Connecticut, Shooting
27 Aug 2006Officers arrived at 950 Connecticut and found a man lying on the ground. He had been shot in the leg. The victim was uncooperative, but did tell the responding officers that he was the victim of a drive by shooting. When the ambulance arrived to provide medical attention to the victim, he responded in a “profane laden outburst” at the officers and medics.
