Potrero Hill, San Francisco

The victim told responding officers that he was driving on Cesar Chavez with his window down when he suddenly felt something hit his left eye. Officers noted that the inside of the victim’s car was coated with pink paint. The victim’s left eye was swollen shut and he could not drive.
