Probation violation warrant arrest
20 Apr 2006Gang Task Force Officer Parker developed information that those responsible for a shooting on Missouri St on April 17th, might live on the 800 block of Missouri. Officer Parker also knew that one of the residents of the unit on Missouri was on felony probation that allowed his residence to be searched without cause at any time. Officer Parker contacted the resident’s probation officer who authorized a probation search. Although the resident was not home at the time, contraband including a rifle, spent ammunition casings and a black ski mask were located inside the resident’s bedroom.
Another resident when identified had a parole violation warrant from the
Department of Corrections. He was taken to Bayview Station and booked on
the warrant.
