Residents near Carolina and 16th asked for officers to check on a van that had been parked on 16th for a few weeks. Officer Chan responded and found that the van had no license plates. As he approached the van, he noticed that a man was sleeping in the van. Officer Chan identified the man and found out that he was wanted on a felony drug warrant in another county. The man was booked at Bayview Station on the warrant. If you have a suspicious vehicle or person in your area, do not hesitate to call and we will come and investigate.
