Rhode Island & 23rd, Warrant arrest
6 Apr 2006This incident might be titled, auto burglary prevention … Officers Singh and Batchelder were on patrol on Rhode Island and 23rd when they saw a man who appeared to be looking into cars. The officers approached the man and immediately recognized him as a known auto burglary parolee who was wanted on a parole violation warrant. The officers took him into custody and booked him into Bayview Station on the warrant.
