Potrero Hill, San Francisco

The victim was unloading groceries from her car when the suspect ran by her car, reached in through the open door and grabbed her purse which was sitting on the front seat. The suspect then ran north on Rhode Island and jumped into a waiting vehicle. The suspect is described as an African American male, early 20’s, thin build, wearing a light grey, hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. The car is described as a dark colored sports car.
