Bayview Officers Batchelder and Singh arrived at a College for Chinese Medicine on Arkansas St. when they received word of an alarm activation. The officers found an open gate and a rear door that was ajar. The Officers began to search the facility and soon found a suspect who blurted out, “I’m just trying to find something to sell!”. The Officers searched the man and discovered a dental pick, a screwdriver and several credit card statements in his pockets. The man was transported to Bayview Station. Next the Officers drove to the address listed on the credit card statements. The met with the woman who owned the account. She had no idea how the suspect got her credit card statements. The man, a resident of the Mission District, was booked on numerous felony charges.
