Potrero Hill, San Francisco

A large team of Bayview plainclothes Officers was working near the above intersection with the specific intent to curb a vehicle burglary problem.  The Officers spotted a suspicious character wandering in the area on foot. The man entered a Jeep and began to circle the area.  The Officers determined that the Jeep itself was stolen but didn’t stop the man just yet. They watched as he stopped the Jeep beside a red Honda.  The man broke into the Honda and began to empty its contents into the stolen Jeep. With this evidence in hand some of the Officers moved in and arrested the man.  It turns out he is on felony probation for vehicle burglary.

Meanwhile, other Officers located the Honda owner at a nearby nightclub and returned his belongings to him.
