Potrero Hill, San Francisco

Bayview Officers Birco and Correa met with a robbery victim on Potrero Hill. The woman had just exited her car when a man approached her and lunged for her purse. She struggled with the man but relinquished the purse after he struck her on the back of her head. The man fled with the purse and entered a nearby vehicle. He drove off from the scene. The victim and another witness gave the vehicle plate: CA 4ZXF483, a red Mitsubishi sedan.
