Vice officers responded to 23rd and Carolina after responding to an ad on the internet site Craig’s List (http://www.craigslist.org/) in the erotic services section. The undercover officer met “Nikki” at the appointed time and location in an unmarked department vehicle. “Nikki” directed him to drive to Carolina and Coral, (right next to Starr King Elementary School!) where she would perform oral sex on him in the car. The officer drove to Coral and Carolina where marked money was exchanged and “Nikki” was arrested. “Nikki” is a resident of the Potrero Hill housing projects.
