An early start to the Halloween Celebration!  Bayview Officers responded to the 1000 Block of Pennsylvania on an Indecent Exposure complaint.  There they met with the 911 caller who pointed a woman out to the Officers.  The caller explained that the woman had been lying on the sidewalk for some time.  Every once and a while she would stand up, scream, and then run around aimlessly before returning to a prone position on the sidewalk.  The Officers approached the woman who, at the moment was screaming and running in circles.  As the Officers called out to her she lay down and rolled over.  The Officers noticed that she was naked from the waist up.  It didn’t take long for the Officers to determine that the woman had consumed a bit too much alcohol.  They stood by as medics arrived, strapped the woman to a gurney, and took her to the hospital.
