Potrero Hill, San Francisco

Bayview Officers Sanders and Bodisco responded to the 900 block if Connecticut St. to meet with a woman whose purse had just been stolen from the hood of her car. She described the suspect as having red hair, wearing a black hooded shirt, and blue jeans. The suspect fled on foot down Connecticut with the victim’s black handbag. During their interview with the victim, the Officers discovered that she had a $50,000 warrant for lying about her identity to a police officer, burglary, and possession of burglary tools. She was booked at County Jail #9. The other suspect is still outstanding.
