Saturday, October 1, 3:00 AM, Robbery with a Gun: The victims of a robbery told their reporting officers that they had been robbed at gunpoint as they sat in the back seat of their car on the 500 block of Vermont.  A 20 to 25 year-old Black male (5’10” 200 lbs.) wearing a brown beanie, white jersey shirt and black pants opened up the back door and pistol-whipped one of the two victims on her face.  He then robbed the woman of her purse.  A second Black male suspect opened up the opposite door and robbed the second woman of her purse as well.  The second suspect is described at in his early twenties, with a long narrow face and nose, and thin lips, wearing a dark shirt and dark baggy pants.  Both suspects fled south on Kansas toward 18th Street.  The officers searched the area to no avail.
