Bayview Officer Cahill was on uniformed patrol in a marked police vehicle when he saw a man walking on the train tracks.  This area is closed to all pedestrian traffic due to safety and securtity purposes.  Officer Cahill stopped the man and asked what he was doing there.  The man told him that he was going to camp in the area.  Officer Cahill conducted a record check and found that the man had an outstanding felony warrant for burglary.
